BTW, Kudos to the Santa Rosa Circuit City Team for a smooth launch. Seriously, the manager (Marc, I think) showed up at 7AM, gave us vouchers so we didn’t have to stay “freezing” (it is California, after all, so I have trouble saying “freezing” with a straight face), and answered all of our inane questions patiently and politely. With Best Buy opening up a few years ago, I had almost forgotten this Circuit City was still around. Well, as far as I’m concerned, they’ve won back at least one customer.
Oh, and for the “Richard” that showed up at 8:30 expecting to get an XBox and then chewed the manager out because he missed out, those of us in line since early morning have no sympathy for you. You gambled on sleeping in, and you lost - be a man and get over it. Wow, what a tool …
